chaos cosmos browser offline mode to online mode error

Hi

Right now im struggling with chaos cosmos browser. I can’t connect to online mode nevertheless I’m using house wifi.

I downloaded the latest version of vray for students yesterday and also registered a license through license server.

Nevertheless, when I ran cosmos browser on rhino, I could’t download assets at all.

I captured the part of the screen where the problem occurred and sent it.

It’s really urgent. I’d appreciate your quick and accurate help.

Hello,

  1. Do you have a Proxy? Try to set the Proxy settings to None;
  2. Can you try disabling any antivirus/firewall software and see if it makes any difference?

1. I don’t have any proxy. I only use internet with wifi.

2. Also i already did those kind of actions.

Is your Internet connection stable in general? Are you sure that you don’t have some signifficant % of lost packets?

Cosmos Browser has an automatic offline detection; if a request fails 3 times in a row, CB enters offline mode. In the past we had issues w/ few customers whose connection wasn’t stable and CB was going to offline mode very frequently.

after your reply i just deleted all the anti virus software and vray is working right now.
