# Chaos Cosmos Problem - Chaos Cosmos Browser failed to load

When I start Cahos Cosmos, this notification appears to me - Chaos Cosmos Browser failed to load. Please try restarting its process .. how to fix

Mine did the same, so I downloaded a new one and it fixed itself.

Same here, but even after updating a new version no results.  
I also try to startup the cosmos exe as a admin and running revit as a admin…  
Nothing seems to work now.

Dear all, hello.

Before re-installing you could try the following if this error from the given above screenshot appears:  
1. Close the host platform  
2. Start typing _Stop_ and choose **Stop Chaos Cosmos Browser, like** [**this**](http://ftp.chaosgroup.com/support/screenshots/chrome_2022-04-28_12-38-35.gif)  
3. Then perform again similar operation but type _Start_ and choose **Start Chaos Cosmos Browser.**

Open the host platform and confirm is Cosmos working.
