Hello everyone,

We released Chaos Envision update 4, hotfix 2. It updates the licensing logic to support Cloud Licensing. Now Envision can acquire licenses without the need of License server. The build can be downloaded from here:
https://download.chaos.com/?platform=47&product=7

Cloud Licensing is built directly into the app as an alternative to the existing License Server. This option will simplify setup, remove the need for VPNs or on-premise servers, and provide faster onboarding with seamless access. The current licensing will remain available to everyone and you will be able to switch between the two options.

If you’d like to learn more about the new licensing, please check the FAQ page and demo video. If you have a team or a larger organization, you can plan ahead by reading this guide.

Best regards,
The Chaos Envision team
