Chaos Vantage live link error

V-Ray V-Ray for Cinema 4D Issues

When run Vantage Live Link, Vantage launches but the C4D scene does not appear in Vantage. (Chaos Vantage shows default tree scene)

using:
Cinema 4D 2023.2.0
V-Ray 6 for Cinema 4D, hotfix 4 (v6.00.05 from Apr 24 2023)
haos Vantage Version: 1.8.6​

The C4D console shows the attached message.
I don’t see any issues in debug_log.txt.

Is there any solution?

Note that the customer prohibits remote desktop.
