It would be convenient to be able to check the ‘Renderer’ information while rendering. If a scene is taking a while, there are times when I want to see my values if I might have done something incorrectly.
If the ‘renderer’ window values could be listed out in the ‘rendering progess’ window so that it was scrollable, this would be very handy.
you can look at the vraylog on the server for the settings, most are named reasonably in there 
Thanks for the tip. However, I’m too lazy to navigate there - I’d still prefer not having that workaround. 
Actually- just tried doing wha tyou suggested and it’s ‘in use’ so I couldnt open it.
hmm, seems to be an issue of file locking (vray is writing into the file, locking it for full access)
it should be possible to open it as read-only, though
depending on the editor you use you can specify to open it read-only
