When submitting a job, I am getting error messages to say:

failed to process file \studiosupportvm\Homefolders\xx\Documents\Chaos\Cosmos_Library\Packages\3D_Models\People\1207_Charles_002_Standing_664cd887\664cd887_3dh_1207_charles_002_standing.vrmesh: GetFileInformationByHandleEx \studiosupportvm\Homefolders\xx\Documents\Chaos\Cosmos_Library\Packages\3D_Models\People\1207_Charles_002_Standing_664cd887\664cd887_3dh_1207_charles_002_standing.vrmesh: Incorrect function

Hi @matthew_taylor ,

Can you please try to open the specified folder and file from the error message, and let me know whether you manage to open it? Do you have permissions? And is the asset in the specified folder?

Just to follow up here with a possible solution for this issue. A colleague of mine pointed out that there’s a similar issue discussed and solved in the Microsoft Q&A website.
