I’m not 100% sure. The article stated it was still ongoing, but that was from last year. I have no idea what happens with stuff like this when you lose in one country but win in another.
If he isn’t seeling it online, you would think it is still in the courts. Just speculation.
The courts in NZ did a terrible job of the case, the otoy folks were pointing out code in octane that was the same as fstorm but it was standard 3dsmax code that you use to access stuff like the render panel or materials, literally ANY renderer you write will have that code in it.
