What is cinema s22? 
If you have a subscription then it is the latest version. Cinema 4D | 3D Animation & Modeling Software
Works for me out of the box. Only did a quick test though, so there might be some bugs or issues…
All the materials in the viewport appear black when I put a corona material on an object.
s22 shouldn’t break plugins AFAIK. So Corona shoud work OK. I wouldn’t rush to download yet though. There are bound to be some bugs in it

I think I found the culprit…
- Set Display to Quick (N~C) or turn off Materials option (N~Q)
- Save & Restart
- Display will work & show OK (even switching between different types and extras…)
but only until materials are modified - Icons are re-rendered. Then one by one go off.

For scene assembly/modification disable Materials Option and Use Object Display Color properties.
To light and shade utilize IR/IRR.

Would be a great feature, if Object Display Color was “connected” to Material Diffuse Color 
Any news related to black material on S22? Viewport is actually almost 50% smoother, but you can’t check the true performance through this error.
We found out the culprit and are testing the fix. It will most probably appear in the next daily, which should appear soon…

Those experiencing “black textures” in the viewport, this should now be fixed in the latest V6 daily. Please feel free to test it out and let us know if the probably remains.

I Need to install corona 5 on c4d S22, but it is invisible in c4d. Corona is installed because standlone works. What can i do?
Only Corona 6 (in daily builds) supports R22 (or S22 depending how you call it)
