Yes I was trying to create sparks on my own for a while using tiny spheres with emissive materials but they were a lot of work and never looked very good.
This is just a PNG from a site called “purepng” - they’ve got some great flame variations in there too.

Possible that you have combined multiple PNG’s to have this effect?
No problem! yes I combined 2 flames and then created a number of oddly shaped planes to paint the sparks on (the png is very square looking) I definitely could have tweaked the sparks it was more about experimentation so it gets the idea across
It looks outstanding @fraserpries . A good texture is key, but sometimes like here you see that isn’t always a rule. Thanks again for sharing.
