These are images of a co-housing project with a shared garden on a small plot of land in the city center of a belgian town.
The architects needed some images to convince the municipality of their project and because they work with eco-friendly materials (chalk walls and wood) they had some trouble convincing them without visuals
The last image is, just to be clear, an actual photo with the building fit in.
Haha, your images are so good, that i only recognised that the last one is real photo, when i read the description. Outstanding job! I don’t do archviz, but still i would love to see at least small making off.
Most of all, i’m curious to know your appraoch to lighting and tonemapping/post-processing, but i’d gladly read about any aspect of your creation process.
I’ve seen these over on social media, totally digging the style! I’m quite a fan of how you got the colors to be so vibrant yet not come off as fake. The mood and the atmosphere sells the architecture really well too Really well done images, congratulations!
Thanks for the insights, it was interesting to read. Regarding thumbnail - go and edit the first post of the topic and attach your thumbnail image via forum attachment system (you’ll find it below text edit area) - the forum will automatically pick it up and set as topic’s thumbnail.
I was going to say that last image had the best car material i’ve ever seen, guess I know why now lol. The renders matching the same tone of the photo really sells it.
The results from just the RAW render are really impress, I kinda like the darker shadows from it more but that’s just a personal preference.
