I have color streaks throughout my image. if we render the same max file on someone elses machine, it renders correctly. What setting is wrong.[/img]
could you give some more info please. are you using the demo or the free version? sounds like an auth issue.
Authorization
I was told my machine is authorized, any way to confirm?
how are you rendering it on multiple machines? what version of vray are you using?
We, including “The Architect”, are using Vray1.09.03 build. Is there an option for vray to display that authorization window agian?
His file renders fine on my machine.
how many liscences did you purchase? vray can only be used on 1 computer if you have only 1 liscence. the only way around this is if the computers are networked together then you can share that liscence through the network. however again, vray can only be used on one computer at a time. meaning the computer hosting the liscence cant use vray while another computer is using the liscence.
dunno, maybe its not an auth issue. post an image showing the streaks.
if its transparent red stripes then that can be an auth issue (has happened here) if you have 1 licence and 1 workstation is using that licence then v-ray wont render at all if you try to use v-ray on another box at the same time.

We have 5 licenses of Vray here. We fixed the problem by reinstalling Vray and reauthorizing. Thanks for all your suggestions.
