Combine drone capture with enscape?

One of my colleges ask me if it’s possible to merge a movie clip with an enscape movie?

An example

A drone clip flies over an existing building, and we need to show a new building, just beside the existing building, and then fly into the new building.

Does anyone know how to create this kind of combination of real world footage with 3d renders?

Thanks

@Jorgensen_dk , what you’re trying to achieve is possible, but not in combination with Enscape I’m afraid. I’ve looked around a bit and there are a quite a few ways to achieve what you’re looking for.

An example how to do this with the open-source 3D computer graphics software toolset Blender:

It’s partly a complex process at first which requires a bit of practice, but if you export the new building/model via SketchUp to a format which, for example, Blender is able to read, you can achieve what you’re looking for. I’m sorry that there is no easier solution through Enscape for example.

I could file a corresponding feature request if you want to, but bare in mind that this won’t be implemented in the near future, or ever. It would just be too complex to develop and there probably wouldn’t be enough demand to justify that.
