These are two images representing the end result of a design process with several iterations working along side the architects form the initial sketch. i got word today that the client had chosen this design (Not sure out of how many, this wasn’t a public competition, more like invited few only)
This time i tried to aim more for a “glory shoot” for the exterior rather then complete photo real look. since i didn’t have enough time and data to complete a proper location model. and things kept changing up to last minute before submission.
The interior was requested at the last minute too… i only modeled the details needed for this view.

This reminds me of a job I did about 5 years ago for a similar project (below) although mine was an animation. Your images have a very stylised look and whilst this can work it can sometimes be distracting. For the retail units you definately need my ‘shopmaps’ to 'dress the interiors bill-board style. have you used gi?
I remember that image of yours, especially the well integrated imagery for the interior of the shops… i sure could use your “shopmaps”. Do you offer them for sale?

well so do I - especially as it was my idea! Naming no names the idea was taken and transformed into six4one and then shut down - which is a shame as I had far-reaching ideas for the site. I wanted it to be called chaos squid too but this was changed also! so much for sharing an idea huh! It was based on initial interest in these files ironically. Anyway - as I said the files will be available for an indefinate period now - and if you want to contribute I’ll leave it up to you.
