compact material editor sphere missing

Hi, i am 3ds max 2023 and V-Ray 6 user, as title the material sphere is missing, please help

Is the “3ds Max material swatches” active? Try turning it off. Also, check if your Material Editor renderer (Render Setup> Common> Assign Renderer) is set to V-Ray.

Hi, yes the material editor is assign to V-Ray

I will try swicth off the “Native 3ds Max material swatches”
