i just installed the free version of vray and when flipping through the manual i can not find the menus that are described there. they look like normal max menu’s but i cant find them.
as well there is no vray material listed in the material lister?
any cluses for the clueless?

the manual is for vray advanced, which has changed significantly from vray free
the vray material is not available in vrayfree, however you can use the vray material wrapper instead
thanks. maybe i dont have it installed correctly. is there a way i can know it is installed. ( i know this is a stupid question, but i cant find any hint that it has been installed).
i see the dll installed in the directory, but i cant find any new features in max.
