I’m currently using Chaos Escape and want to do a virtual tour with my Meta 3 VR, but I can’t connect wirelessly to my VR headset. I looked at a couple of tutorials (for PC) and found that they show an icon that doesn’t appear on my Mac (see pic). Can anyone help me figure out how to do it?

I’m afraid Enscape for VR is only available on supported Windows systems and not available on macOS based systems (yet). Just in case you may get the chance to make use of a Windows based machine for VR you can also check out this dedicated Virtual Reality knowledgebase article here alongside for further helpful details.
