What does that mean for vray render license requirements for a 64core blade.?
It simply means that V-Ray will run on processors with 64-bit architecture. As far as I can see, the AMD EPYC 7501 covers those requirements, there’s even an entry in our benchmark results: V-Ray Benchmark | Chaos

Also if we were to put 4 nodes into the box we would then need 4 render licenses?
I think so, yes. You’ll only need Render Node licenses, though - those are just for rendering - you’ll need one per machine.
