Corona 14 Image Editor Broken File Associations

Hi,

We’re experiencing a couple of bugs with the image editor with Corona 14.

No matter what we try, we can’t get CXR files to associate with the program. The only way to open them is to open the editor and use the open dialogue/drag the file in. Adding the CXR association in Windows to the image editor doesn’t trigger the program to start.

On top of this (coming from C12 so don’t know if it’s been a behaviour for 13 as well), not having ‘CXR name’_post as the default text in the save dialogue is adding a lot of time to the export process for us.

Whilst I’m here, checking 48-bit PNGs missing is also a flagged bug?

You mean missing file format options such as bit depth and alpha? This is reported.

We have had thebroken file associations since Corona 12. It’s really disappointing that this didn’t get fixed yet and only more bugs got added (the missing file name when trying to save the CXR as something else).

This is already fixed internally and will be a part of the final V14 Update 1 release.
