I installed Corona for C4D. It shows up in the plug in folder, but not in on the interface.
Do you have any idea what is causing this?

Try to do a manual install. Choose customize when installing, then direct it to cinema’s plugin directory.
Example:
/Programme/MAXON/CINEMA\ 4D\ R18/CINEMA\ 4D.app/Contents/MacOS/CINEMA\ 4D
