Corona Lights actions for Toolbar

This is something that has been missing since forever, so I asked Gemini Pro to give me a hand to recreate the actions and include them into the toolbar.
I used V-Ray icons and change them to “match” Corona colors. There are 2 versions, just place which one you prefer into “ENU\usericons”
I also added Corona Gaussian Splat action.
