Corona Renderer 1.6 for 3ds Max, Hotfix 3 released! Download it here https://corona-renderer.com/download/
Fixed “Lock sampling pattern” checkbox not working
Fixed too much noise in images when using DR/renderfarms/resume rendering with the DMC sampler
Quick question - since this is 1.6.x, can we safely roll back to 1.6 hf 1 or hf2 if we need to? Or should we stick with hf1 to be safe? We’re pretty keen to try out this new sampler, as long as our scene files won’t get “locked in”. Cheers.

the scene should not get locked in (there might be diferent sampler selected when you go back, which can be fixed relatively easily)
Good stuff… look forward to upgrading soon in that case. Good work

Answered my own question. Nope.
anyone managed to give this a test run yet?
EDIT - installed this across our farm today.. so far so good, everything seems to be working as it should.
