CoronaScatterList isn’t in the quadmenu by default
Only CoronaConverter and CoronaExporter
Do you really want every single tool any renderer has as a quad menu entry? After installing a handful of plugins my max would look like a christmas tree with icons and entries everywhere.
I also asked Ondra about this and it is by design. There might be a different solution to this in the future (e.g. menu, toolbox, etc).

In the Italian forum some users asked my where CoronaScatterList is…
And i don’t. I installed vray demo and it spammed quad menu, which i’m unable to clean. I don’t want that Corona would follow same way - if i need something in my quad menus, i will put there it manually. And i couldn’t care less about some newbies - there is category of people that wouldn’t notice anything unless you explicitly put their noses into it.
You can add an option into the installer =)
