When importing an HDRI from Cosmos, I always get a Bugsplat window, but oddly, it doesn’t crash SketchUp. I can continue working after closing the Bugsplat dialog.
Hi, Matthew,
Can you recall when this issue started occurring? Was HDR import from Cosmos working before and then started resulting in a Bug Splat at some point, for example, after a V-Ray update?
Can you let me know what is the exact V-Ray version ( Example ) and SketchUp version?
Also, once the Bugsplat occurs, can you go to “View Report Details”, then follow the location and attach the files? (Follow video example)
Hello @Matthew_Valero ,
Thank you for your report.
I managed to reproduce the issue twice and logged it in our bug-tracking system as SK-5970. We will let you know once there is any progress on the matter.
Kind regards,
Iva
I also encoutnered the same bugsplat on importing a tree from Cosmos yesterday but that was the first time I had that happen with a landscape model
