Hi ,
I messed up an asset, Cheryl standing.
There are 2 folders for her, but I can’t import her into Rhino.
Also, I can’t download her.
There was an update for her, and I think something went wrong during that update.
I updated a few other assets at that time that all work fine.
Can you help please?

Thank you for notifying us. The asset has been updated with new material variants and now should be properly downloaded/updated, and imported.

Thank you for the fast reply.
Cheryl still isn’t working correctly. I can download her. But no variants are showing and she renders black.
Also, in the asset editor other assets with variants, don’t preview.

The assets have been updated once again and should be fixed now.

Thank you, Cheryl now works properly.
The only remaining issue, in the asset editor preview pane, no assets display their variants. Only the default (even after selecting the variant).
They render with the variant, but i have to look at Cosmos browser to choose the variant, then in asset editor select that variant.
Is that how it’s supposed to work?
