When I try to save a Sketchup model as a proxy file, Sketchup crashes every time with no error report or warning?! How can I proceed here in order to be able to save files as a proxy?

My apologies for the delayed response, but if you haven’t already, please definitely submit a feedback report to us including your log files and we can further analyze the cause behind this.
If you haven’t already, feel free to also upgrade to our latest release Enscape 3.4.
i already searched help at the support, but they couldnt find a solution. i already use 3.4…
