Crash on W 10 Pro with ArchiCAD 21 - Sketchup 2019 - Rhino 5 to Enscape

Goodmorning everyone,

I can’t start / use Enscape on my new PC:

Enscape (V 2.6.0+11215) crashes on ArchiCAD (21)

but also on Sketchup (2019 Demo) and Rhinoceros (5 Demo).

For information no problems to start / use :

Twinmotion 2019 (Epic Games) from ArchiCAD

and Octane and Corona on from ArchiCAD.

This is my PC configuration:

Windows 10 Pro 64 Bits

Would you please be so very kind to check for the following software and either disable it and/or deny the autostart when you boot your operating system:

Asus Sonic Studio II

Alienware Sound Center

A-Volute

MSI Nahimic

If you do not have the above software included, or disabling the software does not resolve the issue for you, then please send in a dedicated feedback report as described here - our team will gladly assist you further with resolving this problem once the feedback reached us!
