Does Quadro M4000 meet the Enscape requirment? Does the RAM have to be minimum 4g?

This GPU should be supported by Enscape indeed - You can try reducing the project in terms of complexity to see if that makes any difference, update the graphics card drivers of the M4000 and if that doesn’t do the trick, please simply submit a feedback report with logs so that we can analyze this further.
