Working on a scene some lights were started doing crazy things when I animated their intensity. After some hours of looking for the reason I found that the velocity aov was causing this really insane bug.If I turn off the velocity AOV the specs also disapear. Without animated intensity the lights were working fine. even with the velocity AOV. I’m working on Maya 2016 with VRay 3.52.01.
That sounds really weird. Could you give it a go with the 3.60.01 stable nightlies and see if it’s better there? Also, if you could share the scene with us it would help us debug it.
