Just tried to purchase 500 credits but the shopping cart just doesnt go anywhere.
I know there has been issues over the weekend but not working here.
Is there a current status on purchase ability?

Apologies for the problems with purchasing credits! You are correct that we still experience issues with the new systems. We are working on fixing the problems.
Can you please submit a Support ticket for your purchase to check it and verify that everything is fine with it?
