Ugly name, but pretty cool houses. I don’t know what’s up with the curved front stoop, but that’s how the drawings read. Hopefully, it’ll change. I also need to work on the landscaping.
Really nice render Bobby, I can’t wait to see what it looks like when you’ve added your grass and the rest of the landscaping.
There’s a few things I’m not sure about, but this may just be my ignorance.
First is the garage door brackets the top ones look like they are not connected to any cross beam so they look like they are floating.
Second is the roof, I’m not sure what the texture is trying to portray, it looks like it’s rusting, is this the case? Again, all of these points might just be that I am unaware of such things, but at first glance they don’t make much sense to me.
Can’t wait to see more, I find it amazing how fast you get these projects out.

Looks great Bobby! Love that dining table. You must spend a small fortune on asset libraries. I’m jealous! My Dosch cars and Evermotion plants/trees are probably 10 years old. If you’re allowed, I’d love to see some light cones brightening up the top of the island, and under-cabinet lighting washing the counter. Maybe some puck lighting accenting the shelving behind the glass cabinet doors. Candles over the fireplace have a purplish tint on my screen.
Thank you! Yes, I do spend a lot on assets. My interiors are still not looking as good as I would like them. Some of this stuff I am seeing on-line are far superior (usually from Corona :O). I’ll put some lights under the kitchen cabinets and look at those other things, thanks!

No, not really. I just placed some V-Ray lights. If the project returns I’ll play around with some wall washers.

I live not too far from CB and have been there a few times. The Colorado Rockies are generally dry and semi arid. For me, The landscaping and veg look great but not very representative of what actually grows and etc at that local. Too lush. If clients like it then who cares? Not me, just putting out there FYI.
I do a lot of rusted cor-ten material. It’s vey popular in western ski resorts like CB and Telluride ( where I am).
I have a pretty simple noise based material that I use all the time and think looks like what is used. Could be on corrugated or standing seam roofs, wainscot, flat panels, chimneys, railings and on and on. Have a variations that represents bonderized/ dull galvanized and mill finished raw steel. All commen materials in “mountain modern” architecture. I think you can see all of that in some of the renderings on my site if interested.
Yeah, the landscaping was a second thought on these. I think these will be used for the board of directors to make some decisions. I once read if you are working with a board, double your rates
