Hi I have a problem with custom asset library. when I import a fbx or obj file , the preview screen stuck on loading. how can I fix that? ;(

Whenever you experience any issues with Enscape what so ever, like in this case, please kindly submit a report to our support directly as detailed here:

This way we’ll receive your generated log files (enabled by default) as well as your machine information and more in order to troubleshoot this further.
