Hi. I need help with loading a custom asset that I’ve downloaded from Turbosquid. The file loads when I click ‘Import Geometry’ (i think) but in the preview box it says ‘loading…’ and that doesn’t change. I’ve tried .obj file and .fbx. Help!

First off, can you send me a screenshot of that? Second, since it cannot hurt, could you kindly also re-install Enscape accordingly? Make sure you’re using our latest release as well, please. Thanks a lot in advance!

If so, is there perhaps a chance you could send me the problematic file(s) (you can use wetransfer.com to upload them and send me the link through a DM)? Or does this persist with any object you try to import?

it happens with any object.. i can’t load anything anymore.. keeps hanging on loading preview

Was a fix ever discovered for this? I’m now having the same issues after updating Revit and Enscape.
i went back a version and then it worked…
