How many hours did it took to get the proper textures / building the model, let’s say the whole process..

Nice work Juan.
Only thing I noticed is that there is a lack of specular highlights.
I know most of the materials are old and weathered and would not have it, but some surfaces like glass and metal pipes should have some highlights.

Only minor point…excellent image regardless.

One direct spot light (yellow) with area shadows and the VRay skylight environment (blue)
All textures painted by me in Photoshop (from some photos) and all materials are MAX standard.
Curtains are gradient ramp maps and the awning has a gradient ramp to.
Cables and ropes are spline renderable.
The render time it was one hour for a 1.600 x 1.150 pixels render.

if it’s not too much to ask… :wink: can u go more into to detail as for the texturing work… me personaly find it very intersting, but never did that kind of work yet.
