Revit 2022. I have Nvidea 2080 video cards. The Decals of one of my student’s model is just showing as white. I opened on a different machine. Same issue.
Is there a setting in his model that would cause this. None of my 175 students using Enscape have experienced this.

Hey Bill! 
Ask your student to create a new decal using the same image while you watch. I suspect it might have to do with co-planer geometry / phasing. Decals are host dependent.

Turned out to be bad pictures. Had the student get them a different way. Worked! Thanks for the info!! About 175 students using Enscape at Santiago High!
