default to not open website on install

pretty minor request really and i`m sure it only affects people installing on a render farm but having the default to open the phoenix web page irks me a little when i have to install an update. also switching it off it still opens the web page.

ok now it`s just messing with me, a couple of servers had the default set to off already. still opened the web page though.

Hmm, what if you install it silent mode without the installer showing up?

sorry, i don`t know how to do that, i`ll check the docs. although if the check mark isn`t going to work you could probably just as well remove it. again, pretty minor.
