We have a small project containing a linked Point Cloud (.rcs) file in Revit. This Point Cloud is on its own workset.
For only one of our team members, this point cloud renders in Enscape, We have tried turning off the workset in view, turning off the point cloud models view, creating a new 3d view, unloading the link for all users in Revit, and eventually moving the point cloud file location so Revit no longer has a linked path. Despite all of this, somehow it still shows. How is this even possible? the link is not even listed in manage links anymore, the file path has been changed. Despite all of this, it still appears.
This only happens to one person on our team, the rest of us are unaffected. for that person, we made sure that the latest version of enscape and graphics driver was installed
