Denoiser missing required elements

HI there

I am testing out the denoising feature and I have run into an issue with my file. If I want to denoise separately as its an animation when i run the tool I get the following error.
If i set it to denoise as its rendering then its ok. I am using max 2018 and using the vray frame buffer.

warning: worldPositions render element not found.
warning: worldNormals render element not found.
warning: Noise levels render element not found.

Ok I read posts and I tried to save by using *.vrimg format but no luck as well. Anyone I really need to send some renders off over the weekend and this is driving me a bit mad.

Is anyone using the denoiser in production for animation?

Was this ever resolved, because I’m having the exact same problem…and I’m saving as .vrimg.
