how can i make that my perspective view take more area? i’m taking a shot from one angle of my model but i want to get more area of my building. thanks
Re: different camera view
Wider camera angle?
Re: different camera view
well, yes, i didn’t explain it fine, but, yeah, i think that it’s exactly what i meant, i wanna take a picture from one of the corners of my building but i loose too much of one of the fachade, so i heard that with real cameras you can modify the lents angle or something like that so you can get a bigger horizont…hope i explained it right this time… my english got kind of rusty…jejeje, thanks thomthom
Re: different camera view
When you have have SU’s Zoom tool active you can enter Angle of View or lens size in the VCB.
Re: different camera view
mmm… what a shame…sorry, i feel kind of really slow today, but, what does vcb mean, or were do i find it? itried with zoom in and zoom out on my model but i can’t get the angle that i’m loocking for
Re: different camera view
The VCB (Value Control Box) is the little box at the bottom right corner of SU. http://www.suwiki.org/suwiki/index.php?title=VCB
When you activate the Zoom tool, keyboard shortcut Z; you can type ‘22mm’ to set the focal length to ‘22mm’. To set the AOV using degreed, type ‘45deg’.
Re: different camera view
Also you can go to Camera, then Field of View, it will go to the same place. Then just click and drag to find the desired view. But to be more precise do what ThomThom said and type in the exact angle you want.
Re: different camera view
thanks thomthom, i tried that and worked perfectly… thanks again
