Displacement mess

Hi,

I want to know what kind of faces like the Vray 2D Displacement Modifier.
I have seperated the grass area in two different part to get rid the concave face, but still doesnt like it.

So what I have to do? Seperate it into Quads?
Tesselation Modifier doesnt seems to work.

correctly subdivided quads it’s the way to go, should fix those artefacts.
