When will VRay have a real, usable and efficient documentation ?
I know that changes occurs “on every builds and even between builds”,
but I don’t think people using VRay in Tv or animation production install new builds so often…
And it’s not difficult to update a dowloadable PDF the same way the actual online html is updated.
For ex : I really miss a true search function in the actual one.
I think I’ll create a “Pro Doc for a Pro Soft” association !
if i really need a search in the docs (wich i hardly ever do, as i find them to be very well structured actually) i simply use google and add “site:spot3d.com” to the end of my search term…works like a charm
e.g.
i actually prefer the html over the pdf version…i’d prefer compiled html (chm) even more, but i would hate to have acrobat open all the time, or open it just to wait half a minute for the stupid app to load
I think that the search engine isn’t needed.
Is there enought things to do it?
Chapter are good and clear not too much info. (may be not enough  )
the anly thing is that when you are without web connexion you haven’t access to it.
here the chm or the PDF would be good.
IMHO
