Does V-ray Next workstation upgrade still include a render node license?

Possibly a silly question, but the resellers I’m looking at only seem to list options for workstation license + 0, 5 or 10 render node licenses.

Does a workstation license upgrade include a single render license? As I don’t want to be unable to render!
