DOF Problem

Hi guys!
I use Rhino 5.0 / V-Ray 3.60.02

I downloaded the last V-Ray for Rhino relase.
I have a problem with the “PICK POINT” of the DOF.
when I select an object, after pressing pick point, the focus distance is always wrong.

I do not know if it’s just my problem.

Could you please provide a screenshot illustrating the way the focus distance value is miscalculated?

Thank you the demonstration!
We retested the feature. Turns out the distance is always properly calculated, but the selection itself is trickier with Nurbs objects (Focus point snaps to objects just like a regular Point). There’s not much that can be done for improving it but the devs will look into possible solutions nevertheless (mainly the ability to select focus point in any view, not just ones with perspective projection).

I dont know if this is useful here or not for your problem but I find the command vrayCamFocus and passing the Object option to be a quick and easy way to set the focal point to an object that has worked reliably.
