Any chance of seeing our Vray Dongalls this side of Christmas?
And I’m not having a dig! I realise you lot at Chaos are run off your feet-it’s a genuine question-we are looking to introduce some new hardware soon and wanted to have everything ready for it’s arrival without having to mess around with stuff post install.
And by the way…we love 1.5RC2 especially the VraySun & Sky. It rocks 8)
I’ve also got a new computer. Rather than applying for a new software-only license, I’ve been waiting for my dongle. If it’s still going to be a while, it would be worth while to go ahead and request a new software-only license for the new machine.
What should I do Chaos team?
I’d get the software license if I were you - you bought V-Ray in order to use it, not in order to wait for dongles.
The installer for V-Ray RC3 allows you to choose between a hardware license (dongle) and software license key.
