it says: please enter the download-ID you’ve got in the e-mail … which email?

I must say that the new website is a complete fuzz to me (again)

where can I find the latest Vray for Rhino? as I need to install it on a new computer

well, I would also really like to know about the download ID …

@Gijs : don´t be too hard, I think it is way better then in the last “condition” I think there are probably a few thinks that still need fixing but are on their list, let´s be a little patient :wink:

anyhow… about the fuzz. I was looking in download, not in support so I couldn’t find it. The strange thing though is, that in the download area you can find Vray for Rhino v.3, so I expected to find the other Vray as well.

Fuzz also means that it is not very clear to me where to find what, I don’t really see a clear structure in this website. It seems things are scattered all over the place

for example: when I open the website and log in, then I see a button called downloads, but also a link with download area.

Then there are links with register now and forget password…why? I am a member and I have logged in..so this is all redundant information

Then there are links on the products page: modeling plugins and other software that say: coming soon: this is a waste of time and is really no information, but only garbage

Then the downloads area: Random downloads…why? Why random? Then Vray for Rhino shouldn’t be there as a link, only in support area, or: Are you looking for Vray for Rhino? please go to the support area

Then clicking on Visualization, gives me a complete different website with a different look and feel and with the old unreadible fonts in dark gray on a black background.

It seems to me it is more about looks then usability

( I am sorry if all this is sounding “too hard” but since I also support Vray to other users and need tell them where to get what they are searching for, all I would need is a simple clean interface with only the products I am interested in… so no 3dsmax, sketchup, Rhinoceros, Brazil (???)…only Vray for Rhino)
