We have just installed another machine which can see the manager - and the manager can see it but, when the render is sent to it - it says ‘Render Error - Render Failed’.
We are using SP1 and have had no problems with the other machines until this one.
Does anyone have any suggestions ?

I think you have to at least send one job through backburner (can be a standard scanline job) to be able to use DR. Also make sure the Vray-versions and used plugins on workstation and nodes are the same.
The vraylog.txt on the new machine might tell you more about why the error occured.

Its all very odd.
I can get all machines working individually but not together !
There is one machine in this group with a full licence but, that shouldn’t matter.
