We have 2 licences, but i only get 10 pc’s rendering on DR, is this because of the virtual dongle or?

I haven’t tested it but looking at our dongle’s license status it says 18 licenses and still only 10 DR nodes. It does not appear that they have compounded.

I was fairly sure that it was more due to Windows limitations.
Are you running windows2003 server? If not you are only allowed 10 simultaneous connections anyway and that would be the limitation.

Notice you have the same limitations with say FTP software and other softwares that connect directly to another machine at the same time.

To test, connect to another machine (doing something else) and see if you still get 10 connections. See if one box fails or if you don’t get that many connections for some reason.
