If the issue appeared after changing the router, then it most probably isn’t related to Corona. Do other network-related tasks work fine, like sharing files between the PCs?
You can try resetting router settings to factory defaults.
Maybe some firewall/AV application or the internal firewall of the router is blocking the connection?
