DR over wi-fi?

I’m considering adding a laptop to my kit and am curious if anyone has an insights/experience on using a machine for distributed rendering over wi-fi? It’s going to be 802.11bgn so should transfer at reasonable speed I guess - but how stable is wi-fi in general for that kind o’ thing? Anyone doing it or tried it?

I have been using 802.11n it for a while now and have had no problems, as long as the signal strength/quality is good.

Thanks - that’s good to hear. Signal is solid throughout my place so that shouldn’t be a problem.
