I have a user who keeps getting this error when attempting to open the Enscape plugin in Rhino. I went through all the instructions in the pop up and nothing worked. Any help would be appreciated. The card is an NVIDIA Quadro P5000.
Thanks for your report @a1997xf211 - In this case, if you’ve also already tried to disable the integrated GPU entirely as seen here: https://learn.enscape3d.com/blog/knowledgebase/multi-gpu-issues/#dis_int
And if that makes no difference, please kindly submit a feedback report as well as per the error dialogue by clicking “Send Report”. If that for whatever reason doesn’t work, you can also manually submit a report anytime via the feedback button.
Meanwhile it cannot hurt to make sure they’ve installed the latest graphics card drivers (acquired from their website directly) for the NVIDIA Quadro P5000 as this error message can sometimes also occur due to outdated GPU drivers.
Are they getting that error on every file, or just a particular one?
If you are using Enscape 3.5.x there are know issues with Rhino.
