Enscape 3.5 Failed to Load

Hello, I have installed Enscape 3.5 with SketchUp Pro 2023 and when I start Enscape it goes up to 5% progress and opens the “Loading” screen but then crashes.

Researching about this problem I saw that there are two suggested fixes, one is to uninstall the “OpenCL™, OpenGL®, and Vulkan® Compatibility Pack” app which in my case was not already installed and to disable the integrated GPU. Disabling the integrated GPU did not work.

The machine is a notebook with an integrated Intel HD 620 GPU and a dedicated Radeon 520 GPU. Below is a part of the log:
